TIM WRIGHT

Tim Wright is a proven global consumer healthcare executive with innovation success across OTC medicines, Oral Care, Medical Devices and Dietary Supplements. In 30 years of leadership in consumer healthcare, Tim has grown companies through leading the development of hundreds of innovations across dozens of categories. These products are now successfully growing in more than 80 countries helping to create and solidify brand leadership positions.

At GlaxoSmithKline Tim held leadership positions including VP Marketing USA, Country President roles in both North America and Europe and President/CMO of GSK’s Global Brands from 2004 to 2011. In this global role, and as a member of GSK's Executive Leadership Team, Tim built and led a group of eight US, UK and China based teams, responsible for global brand strategy, innovation, marketing and market expansion strategy for brands representing $4 billion in sales. Under his leadership these brands collectively out grew their markets by over double for seven consecutive years.

In 2011, Tim left the world of big pharma to become President of Zarbee's Naturals, a privately owned 'start-up' focused on the development and commercialization of clinically proven, natural medicines. At Zarbee's, Tim led Strategy, Innovation, Marketing, Regulatory and "new" Supply Chain Development. During his time as President, Zarbee's experienced 400% sales growth in two years through a strategy of rapid innovation creation and launch backed by physician recommendation and deep consumer engagement.
